Cancellation and Returns Policy

All sales of single classes and class packages (5- or 10-class packs) at Derin Urla are final. Classes and packages are non-refundable, and no cancellations are allowed once the purchase is completed.

Packages are for individual use only and cannot be transferred or shared with others.

Events led by guest instructors who rent Derin Urla's space operate under their own terms. Derin Urla is not responsible for cancellations or changes to third-party events.

Should a third-party event be canceled or rescheduled, any requests for refunds or alternative arrangements must be directed to the event organizer.

For Derin Urla's own classes, limited rescheduling may be available on a case-by-case basis, provided the request is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled class.

Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and must be approved by Derin Urla.

Packages must be used within the validity period specified at the time of purchase and cannot be extended due to non-attendance.

In the event of unavoidable circumstances, such as severe weather or other force majeure events, Derin Urla reserves the right to reschedule classes or events.

In such cases, rescheduled dates will be communicated to participants, but refunds will not be provided.
