Cancellation and Returns Policy

ENGLISH - Please read our cancellation and returns policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Class Carnets, Subscriptions and Workshops

You can book single classes, class carnets (packs of classes), class subscriptions and occasional workshops through our platform. Each booked class or workshop can be cancelled for a full refund or credit if you cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled class or workshop, or after it has started, are not refundable. Carnets and subscriptions are for individual use only and cannot be transferred or shared with others.

2. Third-Party Events

Events led by guest instructors who rent Derin Urla's space operate under their own terms. Derin Urla is not responsible for cancellations or changes to third-party events.

If a third-party event is cancelled or rescheduled, any requests for refunds or alternative arrangements must be directed to the event organiser.

3. Rescheduling

For Derin Urla's own classes, rescheduling may be available on a case-by-case basis, provided the request is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled class or workshop.

Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and must be approved by Derin Urla.

Carnets and subscriptions must be used within the validity period specified at the time of purchase and cannot be extended due to non-attendance.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

In the event of unavoidable circumstances, such as severe weather or other force majeure events, Derin Urla reserves the right to reschedule classes or events.

In such cases, rescheduled dates will be communicated to participants. Refunds may be offered at Derin Urla's discretion.
